By visiting this website or participating in any Balcontrole lesson, training or event, you agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree, please stop using the website.
2. Participation as a student
Students (or their parents/guardians in the case of minors) who enroll in our trainings acknowledge that performance data may be collected during lessons to track their individual development. By participating, the student expressly accepts that some of this data — such as name, statistics and rankings — may be displayed on this website for the purpose of motivation and recognition.
3. Photo and video material
During trainings and events, photos and videos may be taken for educational, promotional or analytical purposes. If you object to the use of such material, please let us know in writing beforehand.
4. Proper use of the website
You may not use this website in any way that disrupts its operation, causes damage or violates the rights of others. Any misuse — including hacking attempts, scraping or automated access — is strictly prohibited.

Participation in physical trainings is always at your own risk. These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes will be settled by the competent courts of the district where Balcontrole is established.
